Mobile Versus Desktop Apps
The Mobile App allows you to manage your business on the go! While it has limited features compared to the Desktop App, it enables both you and your users to manage and grow from anywhere.
You will likely encounter limitations on the Mobile App that require you to log into the Desktop App to manage or create certain elements. For example, creating a workflow. You can add someone to a workflow from the Mobile App; however, you cannot create or modify the workflow until you log into your Desktop App.
Navigating the Mobile App
When you first open the Mobile App, you will find several menus and options. Let's review the common menu items. These menus appear on nearly every screen in the app, allowing you to access the core features.
- Left-hand Menu – Provides access to Mobile App Profile Settings, Manual Actions, Invoices, Insights, Tasks, and Reputation. You can also log out here.
- Account Selector – If the user login is associated with multiple accounts, this will let you toggle between them.
- Button Navigation Menu – Provides quick access to Notifications, Conversations, Point of Sale, Calendars/Appointments, and Contacts.
- Lightning Bolt Icon Menu – Provides quick actions like making a call, sending an SMS, sending a review request, creating invoices, and more.
- Plus Sign Icon Menu – Allows for adding a new SMS, Email, Contact, Opportunity, or Appointment depending on which page you are on. The options change per tab.
