Handling Online Sales with No Affiliate Link


1. Locate the Unassigned Sale: Find the sale that was processed online but not linked to an affiliate.

2. Choose the Appropriate Affiliate: Head over to the Affiliate Manager, search for the affiliate, and click their name to proceed.

3. View Affiliate Profile: Scroll through the affiliate's profile page until you reach the "Commissions" section.

4. Manually Add Commission: On the right-hand side, click the "Add Sales Manually" button to begin assigning the sale.

5. Enter Sale Details: A form will appear where you can select the customer’s email. Once selected, both the customer and affiliate names will populate. Fill in details like campaign name, revenue, and sale date. Click "Submit" once all fields are completed.
